  The rv reducer mainly plays a role in adjusting the speed of the equipment. During the use process, pay attention to the speed test work in time.   (1) Hall effect principle speed measurement method: the motor shaft drives the magnetic steel on the shaft to rotate, thereby changing the size of the magnetic field. The change of the magnetic field is converted into a pulse signal through the Hall circuit, and the rectangular pulse signal is output after amplification and shaping.When the speed changes, the frequency of the output pulse will change.So as to obtain the speed at which the geared motor rotates.
  (2) Photoelectric speed measurement method: use grid disc and photoelectric gate to form a speed measurement system.When the rv reducer drives the grid disc to rotate through the transmission part, the speed measuring photoelectric gate obtains a series of pulse signals.These pulse signals are coordinated by two timing/counters of the single-chip microcomputer, one for counting and one for timing.Calculate the number of pulses per unit time m, after unit conversion, the speed of the DC motor can be calculated.
  RV reducer speed calculation formula: r=1000n/(T*N1*N) (rps).
  r is the speed of the DC motor, N is the number of grids, N1 is the number of interrupts of T1, and T is the timer overflow time of the timer T1.
